Base: Fizelle's Dolls Sample doll for the "Base I've Always Wanted To Use" contest. Pretty self-explanatory, no? I actually came close to using this base about a year ago, when I entered an assigned Jedi character contest. Brilliant idea, and I was totally game for it, but part of the assignment required me to create a "skimpy" Jedi outfit, which I just couldn't process without bursting into uncontrolled fits of frustrated giggling. I think the Jedi-ness crept back into this doll when I made it . . . dunno why I didn't go all the way with it. Now he's a Jedi-wizardy hybrid. This is why my brain comes with warning labels. |

Base: Bob Is Cool Another contest sample doll, this one for the Warring Wizard contest. My memory is a little hazy, but I believe I tackled this when I was a) very short on free time, b) switching computers, and c) sliding into The Funk. I think I finished him (her?! I actually don't know!) two or three weeks after the contest actually began. Le sigh. I'm happy with the result, though. I'm also happy that after several years of clinging to static, front-facing bases, I'm starting to get a little more adventurous with my base choices. |

Base:
RevauLand (site closed) Hmm
. . . don't really know where I was going with this one. I've always wanted
to make some sort of warrior doll with bandage-like wrappings on the arms
and legs, but I think it looked cooler in my brain. Nifty knifey-swordy
thing, though. |

Base: Xandorra's Place For a FF contest; the premise was to create a playing card. I stepped off the beaten path a bit by getting all Taroty and dolling myself as the Page of Cups. |

Base: Miniature Reality (site closed) This is what happens after 12 cups of tea. A cautionary tale for us all. |

Base: Heartsdesire's Fantasy This was my first foray for The Realm. Dolled for a fight competition, I decided to create a human version of a killer bunny. |
