CONTEST
#3:

THE
DEAL:
Transform
these stick figure drawings into pixel dolls. If you are unfamiliar with the
Teen Girl Squad series (or if you need to refresh your memory), you can view
them at homestarrunner.com
If you don't quite "get" the series, reading the grammatically
incorrect Teen
Girl Squad Wikipedia page
may help you.
Here's a brief sketch of each character:
Cheerleader: The leader of the group and a preppy, spoiled princess/young diva type. No doubt wears the latest teenage fashion.
So and So: An academic overachiever who loves school. She's not really a horn-rimmed glasses-type nerd, she's more of a popular student council president-type/future valedictorian. She has long flowing hair and wears a plaid skirt.
What's Her Face: A slacker/skateboarder/indie type. When the Squad goes shopping, Cheerleader sends her to the thrift store to buy her clothes.
The Ugly One: The Ugly One is a bit of an enigma, and the character most open to creative interpretation. I don't really see her as being ugly or freakish . . . just really WEIRD! She has out-of-control hair and strange horn-rimmed glasses.
SPECIFC CONTEST RULES:
- You do NOT have to dress your dolls exactly like they appear in the cartoon. You're free to use your creativity, however, please remain true to each character's personality and style. For example, you wouldn't see Cheerleader in a lumberjack shirt and you wouldn't see What's Her Face in a beautiful dress.
- You can doll one, two, three or all four characters.
