THE DEAL:
Pick a flag -- any flag -- be it a city, county, district, state, provincial or country flag and use it as inspriation for a doll outfit. You don't have to create a literal interpretation of the flag, just using elements like flowers, animals, colours or shapes is fine. The flag doesn't have to be your own city/state/country/etc. flag, but for the sake of keeping this contest neat, please refrain from using any historical, royal, military or any specialty flags along those lines.
